Kind & Kalma Kids Program (75 Minutes)
Kind & Karma Kids is a holistic approach to supporting wellbeing for primary school aged children & includes:
- Sound Bowl Meditation
- Practicing Gratitude & Kindness
- Superfood Cacao Ceramony
- Explore Grounding Techniques
- Intuition Guidance
The intention of the program is to:
- Promote inspiration & creativity
- Enhance intuition
- Encourage authenticity
- Explore ways to calm the mind
- Build connections with like-minded peers
- Provide meaningful experiences
The program currently runs every Monday from 4pm to 5.15pm during school terms and every Saturday from 9.30am to 10.45am on school holidays.
